Adamawa former Head of Service (HoS) Dr Louis Mandama, mni has congratulated Pharmacist Isa Ardo Shehu, mni for emerging the new HoS recently appointed by Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.
Mandama said in a statement made available to this medium that the appointment of Isa will revamp the Adamawa State civil service in great measure.
According to him Isa is a seasoned administrator and a career civil servant whose wealth of experience will transform the civil service cadre.
The former HoS commended Governor Finriri for the careful selection of Isa who merited the office in the interest of the state.
He said Isa’s appointment shall no doubt improve well the administration of Fintiri in no small measure.
“Fintiri has done well in appointing this mni fellow who has all it takes to transform the entire civil service cadre. He is indeed a Man of impeccable character that the Governor will enjoy working with him.
“I high delighted in his appointment and congratulate him and the entire civil servants of Adamawa state for having such a worthy servant to serve. I’m sure they will all be smiling because of the many innovative ideas he will introduce for their welfare.
