With a BSc in Accountancy from the University of Maiduguri, a Certified Accountant title from Nigeria College of Accountancy Jos, and advanced degrees including a Ph.D. in Credit Administration and Finance from the International University, Panama, Dr. Paninga’s credentials are unmatched.

Her illustrious career includes pivotal roles such as Project Accountant for UNDP’s Women-in-Development, Head of Financial Management for four World Bank projects in Taraba State, and a member of the National Development Plan team.
