With a BSc in Accountancy from the University of Maiduguri, a Certified Accountant title from Nigeria College of Accountancy Jos, and advanced degrees including a Ph.D. in Credit Administration and Finance from the International University, Panama, Dr. Paninga’s credentials are unmatched.
