The Adamawa Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has elected Dr. Hassan Musa Dabutor as the new chairman of the Association of Local Government Organization of Nigeria (ALGON).
Musa was elected by the twenty-one local government areas of the APC at the party Secretariat last Friday in Yola.
The decision followed over the vacant post created as a result of the expiration of the outgone Chairman.
Musa who is among the Board members of the Federal Polytechnic Bida, Niger State President Bola Ahmed Tinubu recently appointed assured all members of the APC family that is going to lead with the uttermost fear of God, show highest degree sense of fairness to all Party loyalists, especially the stakeholders.
He appreciated his colleagues who have seen leadership abilities in him to pilot the affairs of the party in the interest of all of them and to bring dividends of democracy to everyone.
Musa told this medium that the goal before him is to help the State Working Committee (SWC) unite the Party at grassroot levels and set the party to the threshold for winning elections in the coming electioneering time.
He appreciated the likes of Mallam Nuhu Ribadu who is the Party’s leader in the state and promised to abide by the dictates of party members.
“I will galvanize, be conscious of r Party members, and insult much widely to promote the ideals of the party and the interest of all critical stakeholders.
