The squadron Leader of Nigerian Air Force base Yola, Adamawa state,Gboko Tsekaa said Mr Elisha Dubi was not abducted but arrested for as a result of arms deals and illegal possession of a missing FN Rifle in his house in Numan,Numan LGA of Adamawa state.
Tsekaa said this in his office in Yola to fault a widely spread rumors in Adamawa that Elisha was kidnapped by some unidentified Air Force men to an undisclosed destination.

Gboko who is the Group Public Relations Officer (GPRO) of the Air Force Base in Yola added that through the joint operation, the arrested man was found to be in possession of a missing Nigerian Air Force FN Rifle. He further explained that the weapon was stolen and allegedly sold to Dubi in Numan.
“We had an intelligence report of an arms dealer in Numan who it was allegedly said purchased the missing riffle. The NAF swiftly went into action in conjunction with members of the State Security Services and civil police to arrest the man”. He said
“The GPRO further disclosed that the arrested arms dealer is in the custody of the Nigerian Air Force and undergoing further interrogation. “He is safe and sound”, Tsekaa added.

If What the squadron Leader is saying is true, then, let the law must take its cause. But if it is another witch hunt meant to pay him back because of the efforts he made in releasing Young Morris, then it means his fundamental rights are being infringed opun and should be released with immediate effect. We demand thorough investigations to determine the truth of the matter.
