Economy recession :Atiku company downsizes over 200 staff

Atiku Abubakar owner of Gotel communication whose corporate headquarters is in Jimeta Yola Adamawa state has downsizes over 200 of it’s staff in other to manage the company well as a result of economy recession bedevilling the country’s economy.

Sources revealed to our reporter has it that Gotel communication comprises of Gotel Television, AM and FM Radio which is having the staff strength of over 300 people is now left with barely less than 50 staff.

For a long time in the state the rumors of the reduction left many staff in doubt and subjecting them to high psychology tension of their fate.

Other story has it that the new management of the company which is heading by one of Atiku Sons want to reposition the organization well to meet global challenges.

The new management accused the previous administrations of the organization of hiring unqualified persons who lack prerequisite experience to work in the organization.

Gotel communication has been fully on 24 hours services has sliced down the time of it’s procasting frorm 5pm 12am as the result of the staff reshufflement for the mean time.
