The Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) celebrated a historic milestone on Saturday, August 16, 2025, with the inauguration of the Kano Central District Church Council (DCC) and the installation of its executives at ECWA Church Nomansland, Kano. The event, marked by immense joy and gratitude, was officiated by the ECWA General Secretary, accompanied by the ECWA Treasurer, ECWA Trustee Zone 8, and the ECWA Legal Adviser.
The ceremony drew a vibrant crowd, including DCC Executives from the Northwest Zone, the SIM Representative, DCC Local Overseers, pastors and their wives, prominent personalities, church members from the seven Local Church Councils, and numerous well-wishers. The atmosphere was filled with celebration as attendees praised God for His faithfulness throughout the process of establishing the new DCC.
In his address, the ECWA General Secretary urged pastors to remain steadfast in their duties, emphasizing the importance of preaching and teaching the undiluted word of God. He also encouraged church members to stand firm in their faith and remain obedient to the church’s leadership. The message resonated deeply, inspiring attendees to recommit to their spiritual journey.
Goodwill messages were delivered by the ECWA Treasurer, ECWA Trustee Zone 8, and other dignitaries, who called on the congregation to remain thankful, faithful, and obedient to both God and the church leadership. They emphasized the importance of glorifying God, growing spiritually, and bearing fruit in faith.
The event concluded with heartfelt prayers and celebrations, marking a new chapter for ECWA Kano Central DCC as it steps into its mission with renewed zeal and divine purpose.
