The chairman Adamawa State University Governing Council Hon Awal D Tutur said, the major way of addressing social and security challenges facing this country is the provision of sound education to all at all levels.
Hon Tutur stated this during a congragulatory visit to the new chancellor of the University,who is also the Emir if hi Pindiga,His Royal Highness Alh Muhammed Seyuji Ahmed at his palace. Congratulating the Emir on his appointment Hon Tutur commended Governor Fintiri,s effort in putting measures towards uplifting the standard of Education in the state.
In her remarks the vice Chancellor of the university , professor Kaletapwa George Farauta congratulated the new chancellor on his appointment informing him of the convocation ceremony coming up on 28th March 2020.She then solicits his support for the success of the program.
Responding the chancellor Alh.Muhammef Suyeji Ahmed, express Happiness for the visit and promise to support the support the current management of the University to achieve its goals.
It could be recalled that His Excellency Umaru Ahmadu Fintiri, approved the appointment of the new chancellor on 25th February 2020
