The arrests, which followed meticulous surveillance and credible intelligence, underscore the agency’s relentless efforts to curb fraudulent online activities in Nigeria.

The operation yielded significant recoveries, including a pump action rifle, five luxury vehicles, a motorbike, multiple mobile phones, laptop computers, and incriminating documents allegedly used in perpetrating cybercrimes.

The suspects, whose identities remain undisclosed pending further investigations, are set to face court proceedings once the EFCC concludes its probe.

This high-profile raid signals the EFCC’s ongoing commitment to dismantling cybercrime networks across the country, as authorities intensify efforts to safeguard Nigeria’s digital space. Further details are expected as investigations progress.
