As Muslim Faithfuls in Adamawa State marks the 2021 Eid-el Kabir, Senator Binta Masi Garba has congratulated them for seeing the moment in great Joy, health, Peace and Harmony.
According to her the essence of the celebration is to remind them of Allah’s sacrificial love to Mankind, an act of Ibadat that remains paramount in the life of devote Muslims.
She said Eid-el Kabir is a festival of sacrifice how Abraham obeyed God and sacrificed his Son Ismael, an act He required them to practice as it is enshrined in the Holy Quaran.
Garba who was the Senator of Adamawa Northern District (2015-2019) said Eid-el Kabir remains a very important and integral part of Islam to all Muslims, she enjoined them to practice the acts of obedience because it wil leads them to have a rest in Aljannatur Firdausi.
She however called on them to use this time to pray for the unity, peace, and progress of this nation which is facing all forms of insecurity challenges in all parts of the country.
“There cannot be a better time to pray for our dear nation than now, it is my passionate appeal to all my Muslim Brothers, Sisters, and Muslim friends in all parts of the country to pray fervently for our country, including the leadership of this great nation for God’s divine guidance,” Binta said
