The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Adamawa State Council has extended its warmest felicitations to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, his deputy, Professor Kaletapwa George Farauta, and the entire Muslim community in Adamawa State on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr.
In a statement signed by Fidelis Jockthan, Secretary of the NUJ Adamawa State Council, the union urged Muslims to extend love, forgiveness, tolerance, and sacrifice to their brothers and sisters, emphasizing the importance of upholding these values beyond the Eid-el-Fitr celebration.

The NUJ also commended Governor Fintiri’s administration for demonstrating democracy dividends and prayed for Almighty Allah to answer all prayers and supplications.
This gesture is not unusual for the NUJ Adamawa State Council, as they have consistently felicitated with the governor and the Muslim community on significant occasions, including Eid-el-Kabir and Eid-ul-Maulud.
