In the spirit of Ed-el- fitir celebration, the wife of the Adamawa State Governor, Hajiya Lami Ahmadu Fintiri has visited specialist hospital Yola where she fed two hundred patients from intensive care, medical, pediatric and surgical units.
Represented by her protocol officer, Mrs Suzan Taylor Bee, the wife of the governor felicitates with the patients in the spirit of Sallah celebration.
Hajiya Lami Fintiri enjoined every Muslim to keep the lessons learned during the period of fasting and be of good conduct and service to Allah.
She prayed for the quick recovery of the patients and reminded the people of Adamawa that Covid-19 is still around therefore advised them to continue to maintain all the safety protocols.
Responding, the Managing Director, Specialist Hospital Yola, Mr. Wadinga Dauda expressed appreciation to the wife of the governor for finding her time to prepare sallah meal for patients on bed and their relatives praying to Allah to reward her.
