EMNAMU Foundation Bags Authentic NGO of the Year 2024 Award

In recognition of its remarkable impact on the lives of Nigerians, EMNAMU Foundation has been nominated as the Authentic NGO of the Year 2024 by Authentic News Daily, a multiple award-winning news organization based in Kaduna.

The announcement was contained in a statement signed by the Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Amos Ebute Mathew, and made available to newsmen on Monday in Kaduna.

The award presentation is scheduled to hold during the 10th Annual Lecture and Awards Ceremony of Authentic News Daily, slated for Saturday, May 10, 2025, at the prestigious Arewa House, Kaduna, by 10:00am prompt.

The event, which is expected to attract dignitaries from across the country, will have the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, in attendance. She will be honoured with the Authentic Woman of the Year award.

The theme of this year’s event is “Religion as a Tool for Peace and National Unity”, with a keynote address to be delivered by former Chief of Army Staff, General Tukur Yusuf Buratai (rtd).

Also expected to present perspectives on the theme are the National Security Adviser, Malam Nuhu Ribadu, who will speak from the government angle; Reverend Joseph John Hayab, Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) for the 19 Northern States and the FCT, who will provide the Christian view; and Sheikh Halliru Abdullahi Maraya, Islamic cleric and Northern Coordinator of the Global Peace Foundation Nigeria, who will deliver the Islamic perspective.
