Empowerment: Adamawa Council Chairman Donates 8 Vehicles , Splashes cash on party supporters.

The Executive Chairman of Mubi-South Local Government area of Adamawa State,Hon.JingiRufai,has rolled-out another empowerment programme with a donation of eight new brand vehicles to PDP supporters in his area to facilitate activities of the party.

Similarly, about 250 people from the ten wards of the local government have smiled home with cash to start petty businesses for self empowerment.
Some of the wards include;Dirbishi,Nassarawo,Mugulvu,Gude Kwaja,Mujara, Duvu, Nduku wards.

Jingi Rufai, made the donation at the local government Headquarters in Gella, where stakeholders, party supporters and even the opposition gathered chanting songs ‘Mubi-South sai Jingi Rufai, Adamawa sai Fintiri’.

Jingi Rufai who is also the ALGON Chairman, Adamawa State was visibly overwhelmed by the tumultuous crowd of people where he said the gesture was part of his campaign promises and pledged to do more so as to empower his people.

He said though his packages are always with lower tunes to his constuents, the mammoth crowd that converged on Gella for the programme was a litmus-test of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri’s developmental drive, urging the beneficiaries to make good use of the vehicles to facilitate PDP activities ahead of 2023.

He further thanked leadership of PDP, stakeholders and supporters for the show of love to Mubi-south and Adamawa in general.

The former federal Lawmaker in the area,Hon.Abubakar Muhammadu Wambai(madawakin-Mubi) who described the event as historic applauded the gesture demonstrated by Jingi Rufai, urging him to do more,as Gella has taken a new face, considering the Social amenities that have been provided in the area.
Also speaking at the event, the Adviser to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri,Mrs.Hannatu Kadalla, announced an allocation of a boarding school by the present Governmet which is to be cited in Gella.

Other speakers including the PDP local government party Chairman, Dahiru sardauna, Alhaji Baba-Iyali a Zonal officer of PDP who chaired the occasion all canvassed for support for Jingi Rufai and Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for more dividends of democracy to flourish in the area.
