Evangelist Dedan Clifford JP Elected to Lead YOWICAN’s Northern States

The Youth Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN) has elected Evangelist Dedan Clifford JP as the new Chairman of its 19th Northern States Chapter, including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
