Ex-CAN Scribe Kadzai Receives Merit Award from Gombe WOWICAN

The Women Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria (WOWICAN), Gombe State Chapter, has honored former National President of the Youth Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN), Engr. Daniel Kadzai, with a prestigious meritorious award in recognition of his contributions to the Christian community and support for women’s initiatives.

The award was presented during a ceremony held on Friday in Gombe, where members of WOWICAN commended Kadzai for his unwavering commitment to the growth and development of Christian organizations and his consistent support for the activities of the women’s wing.

According to the organization, the recognition was bestowed on Kadzai in appreciation of his dedication to promoting unity, service, and empowerment within the Christian community.

The latest honor comes just days after Kadzai received another award of recognition from the TEKAN-ECWA Bloc Youth Wing, underscoring his growing profile as a community leader and advocate for youth and faith-based development.

Speaking during the presentation, WOWICAN leaders described Kadzai as a committed servant-leader whose contributions have positively impacted various Christian groups across the North-East and beyond.

Meanwhile, leaders of the TEKAN-ECWA Bloc Youth Wing also expressed appreciation to the Minister of Defence, General Christopher Musa, for appointing Kadzai as Coordinator of the CG Musa PBAT Group in the North-East zone.

The youth leaders noted that the appointment reflects confidence in Kadzai’s leadership abilities, dedication to service, and commitment to the development of the region.

They added that his track record of engagement with youth, community development initiatives, and Christian organizations made him a suitable choice for the role.
