An NGO (Kalthum Foundation for peace) linked me with the ISWAP terrorist commander who claimed to be the husband of kidnapped chibok school girls, Leah Sharibu through the mobile phone of the Mrs. Ummuh Abubakar who is the wife to the NGO’s Director, Abubakar Mijinyawa.
“I have been an advocate for Christian right in the north east for long time and because of my stands in defending Christians right from these region, i have been involved in the negotiation for the release of three kidnapped Christians victims by B’Haram and ISWAP terrorist groups”.
A Borno indigenous Christian and negotiator for the release of the three kidnapped Christians victims by B’Haram and ISWAP terrorists groups, Rev. Kallamu Musa Ali Dikwa, made the startling revelations in an elaborate statements he issued, signed and made available to our correspondent penultimate Thursday last week,
Rev. Ali Dikwa who’s also the Director General Centre for Justice on Religious and Ethnicity in Nigeria, said he has been an advocate for Christian rights in the northeast for long time and was involved in the negotiation of the three kidnapped christian victims
because of his stands in defending Christians right from the region.
“I have been an advocate for Christian rights in the north east for long time and because of my stands in defending Christians right from these region, i have been involved in the negotiation for the release of three kidnapped Christians victims by B’Haram and ISWAP terrorist groups.
“The first is Leah Sharibu: the NGO (Kalthum Foundation for peace) linked me with the ISWAP terrorist commander who claimed to be the husband of Leah Sharibu through the mobile phone of the Mrs. Ummuh Abubakar who is wife to the NGO’s Director, Abubakar Mijinyawa.
“I asked the terrorist who claimed to be the husband of Leah Sharibu how sure that if we pay the sum of N200m ransom they will release Leah Sharibu to us?
“The wife of the director Mrs. Ummuh Abubakar assured me of her safe release, i then told them that we have to meet with the director DSS Borno state command before I will go further with this negotiation.
“They agreed with me and we met at the office of the Director of DSS Borno state command, we discussed and arrived at a conclusion for the safe release of Leah Sharibu.
“Then i left Maiduguri and travelled to Abuja, met with the then FCT Abuja and North Central CAN chairman Rev. Dr. Israel Akonji and updated him about the matter after which he met with the National president of CAN then, Dr. Ayo Kunle for further deliberation”, he stated.
The statements read in parts: “According to them, they met the then vice president Yemi Osinbajo who told them that if this sum of #200m ransom is paid to the terrorist, they’re going to acquire more fire arms and that was how i ended the meeting between myself and National CAN officials including FG officials during the process on Leah Sharibu’s matter.
Secondly, negotiation for the release of kidnapped victims of part-time pastor Moses, working with Living Faith Church Maiduguri, and an NYSC member Abraham Amuta Abba, who because of provocation by his church, Living Faith Church, who sent them to chibok for distribution of food items and other relief materials.
They were kidnapped on their way to chibok by B’Haram terrorist group. Their church, Living Faith, refused to pay the ransom of N50m for their release as demand by the B’Haram.
The Pastor, Moses spent 8 months, when the NGO Director noticed that I’m going to take action to expose the business between the top management from the state and FG, the NGO director and other officials of the NGO rushed and wrote a letter to Governor Babagana Umara Zulum seeking help for the release of these 2 young men.
The governor gave N25m to go and rescue them from the terrorist, the NGO with escort of DSS and military officials went for the release of these two B’Harm captives. When the NGO took the N25m to the B’Haram, the terrorist refused and are demanding N50m.
They released Pastor Moses and one girl but still kept the NYSC Corps member with them, saying until the complete amount is paid. The corps member spent one more month and some days completing 9 months some days in captivity before NYSC office gave N10m to the NGO to secure his release.
Why the kidnapped corps member refused leaving B/Haram camp, end his life in Sambisa forest
The corps member, Mr. Abraham Amuta Abba refused to leave the B’Haram’s camp and informed the people that came for his release that he has converted to Islam and has joined the terrorist group.
This is because he was informed that the leadership of his church that sent him on errand refused to pay their ransom of N50m as demanded by the B’Haram, and that was how this innocent young man ended his life at crossfire when the B’Haram and ISWAP terrorist groups clashed at Sambisa forest.
After the rescue of pastor Moses the NGO director Abubakar Mijinyawa informed me that pastor Moses who was rescued from B”Haram terrorist camp want to join the business of cow with B’Haram terrorist in Sambisa forest, because people are buying cows from B’Haram at Sambisa and taken it to southern part of the country .
But i asked him to inform the DSS command officials in Maiduguri and he reported the matter to the DSS and they warned the pastor that Sambisa forest and villages surrounding Sambisa still occupied and controlled by the B’Haram terrorist.
ISWAP group moves round with computer, laptops collecting taxes from Fulani herders, ceased their firearm and kill them:
Thirdly, months ago i have visited kuros-kawa village in kukawa LGA northern part of Borno State. I met with some Fulani herders with their cows and bitterly complaining of ISWAP group collecting tax in the name of tithe (zakkat) selecting cows of their choice from the Fulani herders and the also give the Fulani herders receipt of members of cows that were collected .
The ISWAP terrorist group moving around with their computer, laptops and warned the Fulani herders not to give the receipt to everybody except their own members. I even asked the Fulani herders why can’t they defend themselves.
The herders said if the ISWAP members see Fulani with any kind of firearms they terrorist members will cease the firearms from the Fulani herders and will kill them.
I asked again that in other places from the far northern region like that of Benue, plateau, Kaduna, Niger, Katsina, Sokoto and Zamfara states and other part of the country its Fulani terrorist group that is killing innocent people over there.
B/Haram, ISWAP are 1st terrorists group recognized by region’s Governor, FG.
The herder said these one’s are higher ranking herders than the Fulani terrorist group, The B’Haram and ISWAP terrorist groups are the first terrorist groups that recognized by the governors of the region and Federal government of Nigeria and till date B’Haram and ISWAP maintained by governors of the regions.
And that is the reason why at any time if the so called and re-strategic repentance of members of B’Haram and ISWAP terrorist groups demand something from the government, the governors will quickly pay attention to the terrorist groups what these Fulani herders said about these 2 groups of Boko-Haram and ISWAP terrorists that they are higher profile of government.
This remind me of my discussion with the late founder of Boko-Haram Mohammed Yusuf who told me when the group burnt down 56 churches and killed over 200 Christians in Maiduguri in 18/02/2006.
I confronted him on 3 occasions, 11/07/2006, 5/03/2007 and 13/09/2008, on why and what are their aims for the burning down of our churches using the Denmark cartoon issue and killing of over 200 innocent Christians? He said to me they are higher profile of Muslim government, when they finish (deal) with the real (original) infidels (Christians) you Musa Dikwa will come back to Islam.
In my last meeting with him i have told him that if he continue with this nonsense he (Moh’d Yusuf) will end up his life in bad story and in 2009 his life story ended”, it stated.
Some Christian members that registered Leah Sharibu’s foundation are not willing to fight for her freedom
Earlier, the statement titled: “The effort in the release of Leah Sharibu and other kidnapped Christians by Boko-Haram and ISWAP”, noted with dismay that some Christian members that registered Leah Sharibu’s foundation “are not willing to fight for the freedom of Leah.
It also read in parts: “There was a time i met the then Adamawa state CAN chairman Bishop Dami Mamza about Leah’s freedom since she is an indigene of Adamawa state. The chairman informed me that some people are trying to exploit the situation for personal monetary and material gain.
According to him, one Gloria Pudzu who has an NGO in Leah Sharibu’s name took Leah’s mother to Adamawa state government house in Yola to meet with the former chief of staff to the governor, Prof Gidado.
They asked the Adamawa state government to build a house for Leah’s Mother, but the chief of staff refused and sent them to the then CAN chairman (Bishop Dami Mamza). They met with him but didn’t succeed on their demand for building a house for Leah’s mother.

Another NGO called Kalthum Foundation for the peace negotiators and business partners with B’Haram and ISWAP terrorist group, with It’s director, Abubakar Mijinyawa and the BOT chairman Prof. Ibrahim Gambari, former chief of Staff to the President Muhammadu Buhari, are the major sponsor of this NGO (kalthum Foundation for Peace), also the former Chief of Army Staff Lt. Gen. Tukur Yusuf Buratai, whose office used for their activities.
After the removal of LT. Gen. Tukur Buratai and taking over by late Lt. Gen. Abubakar Attahiru (who died in plane crash) he refused the use the office of the Chief of Army staff to perpetrate the activities of the NGO and also stopped funding the NGO’s activities of negotiating with the B’Haram and ISWAP terrorist groups”, it narrated.
