Michael V. Bolgent, the media assistant to Senator Ishaku Abbo, who represents the Adamawa North Senatorial District in the 9th Assembly, has reminded Solomon Kamangar, the director of media to the Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, that they have eight months to leave the Dougerie Government House in Yola for Senator Aishatu Dahiru Ahmad Binani and account for the billions they borrowed on behalf of the Adamawa People, which are allegedly mismanaged.
Bolgent made it clear that Fintiri has no electoral value because the lie that brought him to power in 2019 and was fueled by ethnic and religious feelings has faded, especially since the Christian communities, which made up 70% of the PDP vote in 2019, are disappointed.
Recall that a gentleman’s agreement was made between the Governor and the Christian community to give them a speaker of the Adamawa State House of Assembly after the win in the 2019 general election, according to the Senator’s spokesperson, which Fintiri failed to fulfill, resulting in the Christian community in Adamawa State not heading any of the three arms of government in Adamawa State for the first time in history, which comprise the executive arm being headed by Governor Fintiri, the legislative arm being headed by Hon. Iya Abbas and the judiciary is currently headed by Hapsat Abdulrahman as the acting chief judge in the state, who are all Muslims. To cap it all off, the same Fintiri appointed a Muslim, Engr. Bashir Ahmad, as Secretary of State Government (SSG).
It’s because the Christian community is now fully awake that people like Senator Ishaku Abbo have broken ranks, and good-hearted people like Senator Binos Yaroe have been under constant attack from the Governor for three years.
The Christian community is awake, and Fintiri is getting ready for what he knows will be a loss and shame for the party after the humiliation of party officials.
He said that Fintiri was afraid to go to the primary elections clean because he didn’t know what would happen. Because of this, he is said to have asked candidates not to waste their time on his preferred candidates, who can’t help him win in the upcoming elections.

Bolgent claims that the Governor is grabbing at straws in the face of Binani’s entrance and is sending attack dogs like Kumangar on grassroots politicians like Senator Abbo in the hope that the propaganda he used to govern the good people of Adamawa for three (3) years will save him.
