Fintiri: The Governor who is recreating Adamawa State, By Tom Garba

Adamawa State, North East Nigeria region for the past decades was more of a desolate community that was ravaged by the claws of underdevelopment.
The State was never among the league or committee of states with a bobbling economy. Before the return of democracy in 1999, the state had Military administrators and all played their roles and left so many areas unattended to with strides in development.

In 1999, from Boni Haruna to Murtala Nyako, Bala James Ngillari and Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow were civilian Governors who did their best to the state on the verge of development. Kudos to all of them. Because of them, no Governor will not perform.

But breaking Carmel’s back of underdevelopment under the present Governor, Rt Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has placed the state on the threshold of development. Adamawa State is now a City place in the towers of good things. The economy of the state has picked up with records of all-round development.
Under the able leadership of Rt Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri Adamawa is experiencing a unique style of administration with Epoch dividends of democracy reaching out to all Local Government areas.

Currently, Fintiri is working the roads, is fixing the dilapidated physical infrastructures of Health facilities, education facilities, and even Agricultural facilities. He kept to his promises in the area of Adamawa State renewal mandate of meeting the needs of civil servants.

Fintiri is one of his kind Governor of Adamawa State, a rare breed leader, with the acumen of excellence work who is recreating the state. This Man’s vision is big, is recreating Adamawa out of the old fashion of the defunct Gongola state wearing to the real Adamawa of rebirth since its creation in 1992. Making it more of an industrialized State that’s Moribund with nothing much to show up.

Fintiri has earned a good name in Northern Nigeria and grew up his political vision to a realized dream.

Let’s give him a push, support him to do more in the coming years. He is indeed working the roads and fixing the delipidated physical infrastructures of Health facilities, education facilities and even Agricultural facilities.

The Man is a specialist in changing the narratives. Is working out ways in giving another story that, replacing the ugly tale of backwardness and stagnation.

Fintiri is just a blessing, a Man who is seeing tomorrow for the interest of the entire State.
