Adamawa business magnate and philanthropist, Hamisu Idris Medugu has commended the tenacity and the zealous might of Chubado Babbi Tijjani to go through a Ph.D. rigorous study in international relations and Diplomacy.
Babbi who graduated from Nile University of Nigeria Abuja, Hamisu the Adamawa State All Progressives Congress (APC) Chieftain praised his desire to serve humanity at all times.
According to him despite Babbi’s tight schedule, he became an achiever and a Hero with the added feather onto his cap.
Hamisu is confident that Babbi as a humanist use his PhD to sharpen humanity, especially in academics and research fields for the growth of the nation.
While congratulating Babbi who is also a critical APC stakeholder from the Northern zone of Adamawa Senatorial District, the hopeful Senator enjoined him to open a research-based office that Nigerians will benefit from his pool of knowledge.
