Rt Hon Kabiru Mijinyawa,former Adamawa state House Speaker of the 6th Assembly have been Honoured with a Doctorate Degree Causal from the University of Esep-Le Berger in the Republic of Benin.
Kabiru who was decorated with the Doctor of public Administration considering the immense and huge contributions he gave to the overall development of Adamawa state while a seating speaker.
While reading the citation of Rt Hon Speaker Kabiru,emphasis were made on the Women and Youths empowerment programs he initiated in Adamawa state.
Kabiru received a standing ovation while recounting on his people’s oriented laws,bills and motions he presented while a speaker of the House.
The orator of the University praised the ingenuity of Kabiru to have united the House for four years without having any fracas of impeachment or removing him.
According to him is with that they found him worthy of the noble recognition to be so honoured with a Doctorate of Public Administration.
