Erstwhile Governor of Adamawa State, Rt Hon Bala James Ngillari has congratulated the entire Muslim Ummah for witnessing another round of Ramadan Holy month of fasting.
The erudite Adamawa politician said is felicitating with the entire Muslims for having the opportunity to receive the 2022 Ramadan blessings.
He said Ramadan is no doubt one of the Holy month in the Islamic faith that God’s mercy is available to those participating in the fasting exercise.
He urged them to adhere to the teachings of Ramadan extending hand of friendship, prayers, and wishing the entire Muslim Umma across the country most a blessed fasting.
While congratulating the entire Muslim faithfuls on the occasion of the commencement of this year’s Ramadan fast, Bala noted that Ramadan is a sacred period for worship that requires high commitment and serious dedication to Allah SWT.
He called on them to strictly adhere to the tenets of Ramadan by abstaining from eating, drinking, sexual intercourse, and other prohibitions worthy of affecting Fasting as contained in the Holy Qur’an and Hadith.
The one-time house of representatives lawmaker to have represented Michika/Madagali admonished Muslim faithful to take full advantage of this Holy month to pray for our country – Nigeria for sustainable peace and development.
“This is the right time for deep reflection and service to humanity,” Bala said
He Emphasized that the lessons, significance, and benefits of Ramadan, are huge and worth taking full advantage of it; by utilizing every bit of the period, which comes once a year.
Bala who is from the Adamawa Northern senatorial district called for a steadfast prayers from his kinsmen during the fasting period of God’s ideal wisdom to produce good leaders for the country.
