FRSC Celebrates Year-End with Staff, Stakeholders; Commits to Safer Roads

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) held its end-of-year get-together at the FRSC National Headquarters in Abuja on Thursday, December 12, 2024. The event aimed to appreciate staff and stakeholders for their sacrifices and commitment to creating a safer motoring environment throughout the year.

In his address, Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed emphasized the importance of sacrifice and devotion to duty. He expressed his gratitude to the staff for their efforts in maintaining safer highways despite various challenges. Mohammed urged staff to remain focused and committed, promising to prioritize their health, welfare, and working environment.

Senator George Akume, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, commended FRSC staff for their resourcefulness in managing road traffic nationwide. Akume pledged support for the Corps to deliver on its mandates and encouraged staff to work harder to ensure smoother and safer movements during the year-end.
