Adamawa State All Progressives Congress (APC) Party Stalwart, Alhaji Mohammed Mayas has called on former party executives to support the aspirations of Pharmacist Jesse Chicama.
Mayas in a gathering of all APC former leaders from Local Government to stat level in Yola to chart a way forward for 2023 elections in the state.
Mohammed made the passionate call to all the former party officials across the state with specific to the people of Gombi/Hong that Jesse remains a Man to beat come 2023 and the ideal Man to support because of his love for humanity.
Mohammed who is also a former state exco of the party that occupied the office of assistant publicity Secretary said the forum is strategic to liberate Adamawa APC from the shackles of failures if people like Jesse can be supported in all sense.
The forum during a meeting at Fombina Royal Guest House in Yola where Honourable Abdulrazaq Namdas, Member representing Jada, Ganye, Toungo, and Mayo Belwa in the national assembly sent in a delegation to beg them for unity in other to oust the PDP government in the state was a call sent to all party loyalists in the state.
Mayas while addressing the former part executives reiterated that Namdas will certainly be supported toward his gubernatorial ambition but he can’t vouch for his endorsement because of the divergence interest.
However, he endorsed the aspirations of Chidama according to him is the most sellable among the people who are aspiring to represent Gombi/Hong in the national assembly.
According to Mayas, he finds it easy to work for Jesse as his Campaign Director who will be leading the ship to bring a total victory in all the elective positions in Adamawa state.
“I’m calling on relevant stakeholders in all the twenty-one local government areas in the state to shop out, spot out, and search for credible and sellable aspirants like Jesse Chidama to vie for all elective positions. This will make our work for victory much easier.
” It’s about time to change the old hands that are not working for the people’s mandate, it’s time to bring onboard new ideas and fresh in thinking, Young and vibrant for our people, and Chidama is the new Man we know in Gombi/Hong.” Mayas said
The forum of the former party excos TGNEWS gathered are aggrieved APC members who in one way or the other during the last Local Government, State congress were not carried along.
