At the wee time of 2015 when campaigns were at primes time, the All progressives Congress (APC) Party, now the ruling Party in Adamawa state under the able leadership of Sen Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow made people oriented promises of making sure Adamawa state is turned into a model city in the country.
This is at the backdrop of the fact that the state is been engulfed in a serious economy retardation. Boko Haram insurgents had scrippled down the economy life line of most towns in the state. It’s no longer a story the Man Bindow is working praised for his sterling performances in roads, drainages,Street lights and environmental sanitation and the cleanliness of the state capital and the major towns of the state.
But there are other salient achievements or his outstanding performance that are not only to infrastructural development:
*He is doing as well in schools renovation and supply of educational instructional materials and consumables.
*Payment of teachers salaries and recruitment of qualified teachers to make up for teacher shortfall in the education section.
*Renovation of the four major hospitals of Mubi, Ganye,Numan and specialist Hospital in Jimeta, Yola the state capital.
*In addition to this renovation, new complexes are being built in this hospitals. The intention is to make a major hospital facilities available in all the political zones of the state and to increase theater services available, bed space and outpatient services to the teeming population of the state.
*These hospitals are also regularly stocked with medicines and other medical consumables. The Doctor-nurse-patient is also being worked on and improved.
*Empowering hundreds of women and youths through the poverty alleviation and Wealth creation program, where they are trained on various skills acquisitions .
All these are directly impacting the lives of the ordinary people of Adamawa state positively and gradually improving their standard of living.
Other areas that the executive governor is doing examplarily well,but are not so easily noticeable because of their intangible nature include:

1.Commitment to the rule of law and due process in all governmental dealings. This has resulted in the resuscitation of tenders boards and tenders processes in all the MDAs,strict adherence to BPP laws in all government purchases and contracts, strengthening and motivation of the civil service for optimum performance and prompt delivery of Service, regular seatings of the State executive council, adjudging the council meeting to be the most proactive and hardworking state executive council in the nation, to work and take decisions for the Common good of the people in the state.
2. Prudence use of resources:
This has resulted in the uncommon feat of doing big things with very little resources and every single kobo delivers its worth to the good people of Adamawa state. As a matter of fact, this is the secret behind the phenomenonal performances of governor Bindow. He has succeeded in cutting out all leakages and contract over-inflation,resulting in more resources made available for more works to be done on behalf of the good people of the state.
3. Accenting to bills that are having direct impact in improving the socio economy life style of everyone in the State.
4 Aproved constituencies allowances to all the 25 to Carry out physical projects in their respective areas.
