The recent appointment of The Guardian correspondent in Adamawa state Mr. Emmanuel Ande, from Taraba state as Senior Special Assistant on print media and Sheriff Sarkin Pawa, from Kano state as senior special Assistant on electronic media has catapulted the Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri,into the vacuum created by the exist of late sir Ahmadu Bello,who was only concern with unity of the country and not region or religion. 

The National Youth Leader of the group who expressed gratitude to the governor on his defeat over sectionalism and tribalism which he described as the dagger of underdevelopment in the country ,urged the governor to sustain his spirit of unity in the state and not be distracted by the enemies of progress.

The group which called on those political appointees working hard to slow down the governor’s achievements in the state to by preaching religion,tribalism and ethnicity to stay clear of the administration’s determination to rescue the people of the state ,urged the governor to maintain his steam.

Engr Daniel Kadzai, National Youth Leader of the Congress of Northern Nigeria Christians Youth Wing(CNNC-Y) and President Coalition of Christians Groups for Good Governance “Nigeria and Diaspora” (COCGOG) Who adjudged Fintiri as the best governor in areas of balance appointments in terms of religion,ethnicity and merits,applauded the governor for his resilience to recognize the services of all those that contributed to the development of the state.

In areas of human development,the group pointed out that the scholarship awarded to students and secondary schools feeding introduced by the present administration is a catalyst to promote quality education in the state.

The leader of the group who called on the governor to always abide by his words which he is known for, called on Fintiri not to digress from his policy of yes for yes and no for no to maintain his integrity.

The group said that the road constructions ,schools and other infrastructures and other massive social amenities going on in the state is a testimony that the governor stand for the masses .
