Recently, Governor Zulum led from the front, spearheading the recapture of Marte from the hands of Boko Haram / ISWAP. This daring feat is a testament to his bravery, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment to the security and well-being of his people.

What is even more remarkable is that Governor Zulum spent almost seven days in the trenches, alongside his troops, to ensure that Marte and its surrounding areas were completely liberated from the insurgents. His willingness to share the risks and hardships with his soldiers has earned him their respect, admiration, and loyalty.

Governor Zulum’s leadership style is a refreshing departure from the norm. He is a leader who leads by example, who puts the interests of his people above his own, and who is willing to make sacrifices for their greater good.
