Former Benue State Governor, Senator Gabriel Suswam’s elder brother, Dr Terkula Suswsam has been allegedly killed by gunmen loyal to the notorious militia kingpin, Terwase Akwaza alias Gana.
Suswam was killed in his hometown in Anyiin, Logo Local Government Area of the state.
The deceased, who was a chieftain of PDP and proprietor of Ashi Polytechnic, was killed within the school premises while inspecting a building project.
According to information gathered, loyalists of Akwaza have been killing prominent people in Sankara area who initiated the amnesty for Gana before the military killed him.
The Benue State police command public relations officer, DSP Sewuese Anene, could not be reached as of press time.
