Hayatu:A lawmaker with Progressives achievements in Adamawa state

Across Nigeria there are unsung heroes and heroines whose selfless services to humanity have saved lives. Some are stories of intelligent organization and collective endeavor, some are writing the good accounts of individual sacrifice or achievement for the purpose of mankind. Others are politicians dedicated their life of service to the electorates,they are becoming servants with shining examples to inspire and motivate the heroes of tomorrow.

The heroic story of Hon. Mohammed Hayatu Atiku who is generally known and refer to as “Mr Yello”, Young focused politician,a Man with salient great achievements as a lawmaker representing Uba/Gaya in the Adamawa state House of Assembly (ADHA) is no doubt an indelible mark of positive records in the minds of his people.Atiku whose political ideology and life generally is ” doing good to all he sees and take it an opportunity to help (support) people not minding weather is having any mutual or felial connections,or knowing them or not”. The gentleman lawmaker now has many unsung testimony of achievements in his three years of stewarship in serving the people of Uba/Gaya.

His progressive ideals over the last years has endeared him closer to his constituents and indeed earmarked him for bigger challenges in the socio-political circles of not only Uba/Gaya but Adamawa at large. This is because of the passion in him to change the political rhythmically songs of madness of underdevelopment. He joined the league of many well meaning Nigerians to build a nation where Peace, Justice, unity and progress shall reign.

His electorates on their part now signing the songs of thanks,not regretting voting this silence achiever, as must of the promises made to them were swiftly 
implemented. They had believed that miracles would be achieved sooner than these and it is indeed a reality.

To the people of Uba/Gaya the change mantra must be seen to be practically entrenched on their socio-economic wellbeing, if Hayatu will maintain the tempo of what is doing. Most of his Kingsmen sees him as a Nigerian politician who had no habitually become the swindler,liar and scammer, they regarded him as a man that is not politically deceit, treachery and betrayal of confidence reposed in him by them. But a total loyal servant to the people who gave him the mandate.

To them having Atiku on board is making the change slogan appeared convincing enough to make them vouch for the unforeseen,even though the typical politician had not changed his usual antics but Hayatu who is pupolarly known as Mr “Yello” is one of his kind,riding on the wheels of integrity as a philosophy of his political guiding principles.

LEGISLATIVE ACHIEVEMENTS

1. The likes of Hon.Hayatu whose idea of representation is to be closer to his electorates,the in-house politics he played earned him a seat to be Chairman House Committee on Local Government and chieftaincy affairs

2. His Honourable colleques knowing his ingenuity in business they could not hesitate unanimously asked him to be  a member House committee on commerce and industry.

3. Hon.Atiku is now having pilled up Bills in his archives that will soon be process into becoming laws that will benefit the entire people in the state.

PHILANTHROPICAL ACHIEVEMENTS

Though his Primary assignment is to make and implement laws, to checkmate excesses in the act of Governance by the Executive, oversight functions,but being a natural giver by birth,he always go beyond his call as a lawmaker. His first point of call to his constituency is to execute the following:

1. Being a lover of Education he processed the payment and training of hundreds of students that will wrote WAEC/NECO many Centers in the his six political wards is representing.

2. Feeling the pains of how people pass through before they can get water,which most atimes is not even portable for domestics use, he vowed to make his constiturncy access to portable water by drilling  about 40 Motorised Hand Pumps Boreholes in many parts of his constituency.

3. About three over heads tank industrial water system that will service hundreds of people in Uba and Gaya.

4.He had ensured the employment slots for the educated and employable segment of his constituents. Most of them are scattered across the state.

5.He designed an empowerment program to hundreds of Youths and Women in Gaya,Garaha,Uba.

6. Donation of Cars and tricycles for the sole aim of empowerment generation.

POLITICAL ACHIEVEMENTS

1. Being a Young growing politician and a big pillar to the business of politics in Hong LGA,Hayatu out of wisdom has become one of the deciding individuals in his area.

2. The last Local Government Chairmanship elections in Adamawa state, he wisely supported a salable candidate who is people candidate and won the election under APC his party of political dream.

3. The appointment of Sole Administrators done recently by Gov Bindow is no doubt having the endorsement of Hon. Mohammed Hayatu Atiku,the bridge builder of Hong LGA.

4. His aim is to support the Government of Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow with Meaningful Bills that will to move the state forward in terms of Human and Physical Development.

This Young Adamawa lawmaker was born in 29th June,1979 to the Family of Hayatu Atiku,in Uba Hong Local Government area of Adamawa state. On concluding his post primary Education in Yola and obtained his BSC in Mathematics from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

Having a penchant business orientation, he ventured into business where becomes an international business Man,exporting and importing essential commodities like Rice, Sugar to the countries of Cameroon, Central Africa and Niger.

As a shrewd business Man whose vision is greatness, Hayatu later diversified his business concept to Oil and Gas, Foreign Exchange and importation of goods from other Europe countries like France, Germany, Netheland,Indonesia,USA and Turkey.

His attitude as a giver,a helper of Man kind that his electorates spotted him as a golden fish that cannot hide at the midst of many waters to represent them in the Adamawa state House of Assembly, the Job he counts it a privilege to serve them.

To his electoral,Hon.Atiku had largely fulfilled his social contract with his constituents far beyond his targets within this years. In areas of education, health, and portable water, the achievements are eloquently vast across his constituency

To Hon. Mohammed Hayatu Atiku is a message of hold on. “You have not yet seen other side of me”. Expects more from me in 2019 and many years to come,I’m pregnant with a lot of good tidings to my people.
