The National/ State Houses of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal holden at Yola, the Adamawa State capital is to continue hearing on a filed by former member House of Representatives, representing Song/Fufore, Hon. Sadiq Ibrahim Dasin, against former Chairman Song LGC Dr. Mustapha Saidu.
Hon. Sadiq of APC, has dragged Dr Saidu of PDP, before the Tribunal challenging his victory during the National Assembly Election.
The Tribunal will continue hearing on a case by former Sen. Binta Masi Garba, (APC) against incumbent Sent. Elisha Ishaku Cliff(PDP) for Adamawa Northern Senatorial Zone.
The hearing was earlier slated for yesterday Monday but could not hold.
