‎In a landmark display of people-centered leadership, Hon. Barr. Aliyu Wakili Boya, Member representing Fufore/Song Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives and Chairman of the House Committee on Police Institutions, has carried out what aides describe as the most extensive empowerment initiative ever recorded in Adamawa State history.

‎The program, widely regarded as a mega and holistic empowerment drive, has directly touched the lives of over 15,000 individuals across the constituency and extending into neighboring communities.

‎This massive outreach reinforces Hon. Boya’s standing as a transformative leader committed to catalytic development, human capital growth, and sustainable economic progress for his people.

‎In a statement issued by Abubakar Sali, Media Aide to Hon. Barr. Aliyu Wakili Boya, the initiative delivered an extraordinary array of life-changing assets and financial support carefully selected to stimulate entrepreneurship, agriculture, transportation, and small-scale industries.

‎Beneficiaries received vehicles ranging from cars, Keke Napep tricycles, carry goods vehicles, motorcycles, and Bajaj tricycles, alongside thousands of sewing machines, water pumps, grinding machines, and spaghetti production equipment.

‎Farming inputs included multiple truckloads of fertilizer and grain, thousands of 15kg bags of rice, maize seeds, cartons of spaghetti, liters of cooking oil, and Maggi seasoning.

‎Complementing these material distributions was a significant cash transfer amounting to ₦360,000,000, disbursed to thousands of recipients in amounts ranging from ₦50,000 to ₦500,000.

‎The funds are intended to serve as seed capital for business startups, provide working capital for existing enterprises, and offer immediate relief from economic pressures.

‎The sheer scale and diversity of this empowerment exercise have firmly established Hon. Boya as a foremost champion of grassroots development. Supporters proudly refer to the momentum as part of the “#boyamovingtrain”, a powerful metaphor for unstoppable, inclusive progress sweeping through Fufore/Song and far beyond.

‎The initiative continues Hon. Boya’s well-established tradition of impactful community interventions, which have previously included widespread distribution of vehicles, agricultural equipment, and targeted assistance to vulnerable groups.

‎Together, these efforts continue to strengthen economic self-reliance and human capital development throughout Adamawa State.

‎Stakeholders have commended the program’s holistic design, which skillfully merges productive assets for long-term income generation with direct financial assistance to deliver immediate and enduring impact.
