….Vows to Ensure Continuous Support to Constituents_
In the bid to ensure that his Constituents at Gombi/ Hong Federal Constituency have a memorable Christmas and an exciting New Year celebration, Federal lawmaker representing the area, Yusuf Buba Yakub, today delivered several truckloads of foodstuff to the Constituency.
The foodstuff, which came as nutritional support to the people of the Constituency saw the distribution of several bags of rice, sugar, salt, and cartons of vegetable oil, including cash.
At the end of the exercise, all members of the APC Executive and leaders in the entire Gombi and Hong Local Government Areas and the entire 22 Wards, apart from receiving the nutritional support, went home smiling. The timely support also went the way of all the religious groups in the two Local Government Areas that make up the Constituency. These include members of the Christian Association of Nigeria( CAN), their allied affiliate groups as well as members of the Muslim Council and other stakeholders in the Constituency.
In a telephone interview with our correspondent, an elated Hon. Buba said the program was his little way of ending the year and ushering in a new one for his very loyal and supporting Constituents, who have been by his side at all times. He vowed to continue to support them at all times.
Among those who expressed gratitude for the support were members of Yusuf Captain Buba Support Groups and Officials of the Member’s Constituency Office, who came out in their numbers to ensure equitable distribution of the food items.
