The Adamawa Emirate Council has officially bestowed the esteemed traditional title of Dan Kade Adamawa upon Hon. Dahiru Hammandikko, recognizing his outstanding contributions to the emirate.
This prestigious honor was conveyed through a letter dated March 7, 2025, signed by the Acting Secretary of the Emirate Council, Kabiru Bakari Tariya Adamawa.
The letter, which directed Hon. Hammandikko to notify the council when he is ready for the turbaning ceremony, also extended the esteemed regards of His Royal Highness, the Lamido of Adamawa.
The conferment of this traditional title solidifies Hon. Hammandikko’s position among the distinguished list of traditional titleholders in Adamawa.
