In a bold move to boost agricultural productivity, Hon. Suleiman distributed over 300 cartons of insecticides to local farmers in Toungo LGA. The gesture, part of his annual empowerment program, has sparked widespread excitement among farmers who now have critical resources to enhance their yields.

This agricultural intervention follows closely on the heels of another milestone: a scholarship program launched to support tertiary institution students.

On July 7, 2025, over 200 indigent students received N30,000 each as part of the first batch of beneficiaries under Gangkuba’s pet project. The initiative aims to alleviate financial burdens and empower the youth through education.

“This N30,000 will go a long way in helping me pay for my school fees and buy study materials,” said one beneficiaries and second-year student at Adamawa State University.

“Education is the foundation of progress, and I am committed to ensuring that no deserving student in Toungo is left behind due to financial constraints,” Hon. Suleiman declared during the scholarship disbursement ceremony. The event was marked by scenes of joy and celebration, with beneficiaries and their families praising the chairman’s foresight and compassion.
