The Adamawa State former Deputy Governor, Engr. Martins Babale have been awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Leadership and Management by the African Institute of Science Administration and Commercial Studies, Togo.

This was done considering his monumental strides in the Political landscape of Adamawa State and his service to humanity.

You would recalled that Babale served Represented federal constituency of MayoBelwa,Jada,Gamye and Toungo and served for three terms consecutively.

He was also the Economic Adviser to Governor Murtala Nyako for 4 years before becoming the Deputy Governor of Adamawa State from 2015-2019.
