….Nigerian Youths must rise to a place of leadership
An Adamawa stalwart of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa state, Comrade Ahmed Lawan vying for the position of National Youth leader of the party said he foresees a vibrant APC if the youth in the nation will be made critical stakeholder and mainstream in the part’s affairs.
According to him Nigeria Youths must rise up to the place of leadership as they are always being seen as the leaders of tomorrow.
“A country with youths having no concern on the in and out of their country’s affairs, that nation is doomed for serious economy catastrophe.
” In any growing economy, Young and able Men, women and elders must have a steady and active role to play for the country’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to be sustained.
“Their contribution to nation’s building will better the economy that will improve everyone’s standing of living thereby resulting us to have a peaceful Society,” Lawan said
Ahmed who is currently the organizing Secretary of APC, the opposition party in the state revealed that he remains a rallying figure of all the APC youths in the country that they can trust to bring about a Youth-driven party.
I enjoined all the party stakeholders in the North East to see him as a vital visionary young man that can further move the party forward to the interest of all party loyalists in the zone.
He, however, reminded all youths of the party to stand up for the right candidate that will ensure inclusiveness of all youths in the affairs of party and government.
“Our elders will one day tire because they will be retired from doing what we ought to have done, we must be ready and prepare to hold the staff of leadership. If we are not ready they will not leave the leadership role for us until we are ready to take our noble roles, we must be really ready to follow in like manner, taking their place and roles as they remain advisers at the background.” He added
