Insecurity: President Buhari has failed Nigerians – Arewa group

Northern Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN, has observed that President Buhari-led government has witnessed more killings of Nigerians than any other government in the history of the country.

It noted that President Buhari-led administration has woefully failed its citizens in the protection of lives and property.

The President of Northern Youth Council of Nigeria, Isah Abubakar, in a statement, opined, “The government of President Mohammed Buhari have witnessed and supervised over the killings of thousands of Nigerians than any other goverment in the history of this country, this categorically means that Buhari led administration is one of the most inresponsible goverment in our history.”

The statement further alleged, “It’s a fact that President Buhari has failed Nigerian citizens from all parts of the country and northerners are highly disappointed in his leadership.”

The statement noted, “lt’s very unfortunate that those saddles with the responsibility to protect the lives and properties of our citizens can not longer hold to the provision of the 1999 constitution  and as a matter of urgency, Nigerians most fine way to protect themselves.”

For the progress of the country and security of lives and property, the statement said that the President most learn to let go of inresponsible people in his goverment.

It added, “The Service chiefs most be relived of there appoitment or they should all go on retirement, Ministers must be reshuffled and Mr President most take responsibility, Buhari most learn how to hire and fire and take his covenant with the Nigerian people seriously. Security top his agenda when he was campaigning in 2015, but today the suituation seem worst than ever before.”
