Int’l:Bindow Bags Africa’s outstanding Gov.of the Year award

An international gathering of African Youths and Students summit in Kigali,Rwanda. A citation of honour was presented on Senator Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow, the Executive Governor of Adamawa state as Africa’s outstanding Governor of the year.

Bindow delegated Hon. Muhammed Abba Abdullahi, Special Adviser on legal Matters and Comr. Mohammed Ahmed Marafa Special Assistant (SA) on Student Liaison to represent him on the occasion.

While given a citation on the people’s objective leadership of Jibrilla, a world renown public speaker, Prof Plo Lumumba in his presentation describe Youths as the Leader of future generation in Africa and Leadership is service to humanity, not one’s self.

Recall that the Government of Sen Bindow has been receiving Awards by difference organizations, NGOs of his people oriented policies and leadership.
