Alh. Aliyu Ismaila Numan, OON, Turakin Batta has congratulated Hon Awwal D Tukur as the new Adamawa State Secretary to the State Government (SSG) appointed by Rt Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, the Governor.
Aliyu has also congratulated Dr Amos Edgar who was appointed by the Governor to be in charge of Government House affairs, as the Chief of staff.
Aliyu extolled Tukur’s qualities of leadership haceb served as the Vice Chairman of Adamawa state transition committee 2019 in which he was the chairman.
He described him as a perfect gentleman, a seasoned politician and a core democrat that can be reliably at all times for the needed job for humanity.
He said also Edgar as a carrier civil servant who reached the peak of civil service he will bring on board his wealth of experience to the fresh air team
The Turakin Batta who was a retired Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Defence and served as the Adamawa State Transition Committee Chairman 2019 said the duo appointment is a plausible one and will greatly add value to the present administration of Governor Fintiri.
