A Philanthropist from Central Senatorial District of Adamawa State, Alhaji Musa Adamu, the Jarman Jimeta has donated food items, clothing, rappers, and cash to over five hundred less privileged in the state.

Musa through Jarma women wing Adamawa state chapter in collaboration with the Jarma foundation hosted over five hundred women, Orphans in Yola. with the sole aim to assist them in this year’s Ramadan fast period hopes to commence next week.

The event brought together many Islamic scholars, traditional leaders, and leaders of the Adamawa state Muslims council held at the women empowerment Center in Yola.

A popularly Islamic Cleric and the National Chairman of the Jama’atu Izalatul Bidi’ah was Ikamatus Sunnah, Sheikh Abdullahi Bala Lau attended the program and commended Jarma Jimeta for doing what exactly God has instructed the well to do in the society to take care of the needy ones.

He charged the hundreds of beneficiaries, including the invited special guests. Prominent among them was the former Governor of the state, Senator Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow that the Holy month of Ramadan is a opportunity for all Muslim ummah to show love, compassion and kindness with the resources God has blessed with to those in need.

While thanking Musa who he described a good Man with the heart of love for humanity, he enjoined all Muslims to follow suits as it shows obedience to God Holy injunctions.

The Chairman of Adamawa Muslim Council, Alhaji Gambo Jika told the beneficiaries that this year’s fasting is about to commence, he called on them to observe it with all sense of unity and adhering to its full lessons.

The Special Intervention program according to Musa Adamu while given his remarks is to encourages the orphans that they are not alone and many people elsewhere think and pray for them.

He vowed to make it a continue events that will further alleviate poverty of Adamawa teaming less privileged
