Appeal court in Yola have dismissed case against Adamawa Speaker, Rt Hon Iya Abbas.
Abbas who appealed an earlier judgment by Federal High Court ruled by Justice MA Anka amd stopped him from parading himself as the people’s democratic party, PDP, candidate for Adamawa central senatorial zone.
