In a press statement released on behalf of the forum, Chairman Bristone Limuga Daniel emphasized the group’s strong backing for the governor’s leadership and his “Fresh Air” agenda, which has driven major improvements in urban renewal, education, infrastructure, and inclusive governance across Adamawa.

The statement highlighted the SSA Forum’s role as a key grassroots force in implementing the administration’s policies. It praised Governor Fintiri’s “exceptional leadership pedigree” and transformative impact, describing Adamawa’s shift from stagnation to becoming a national example of progress.

The forum outlined key resolutions: Complete alignment with the governor’s vision and political decisions, guided by the best interests of the people; Adoption of the pledge “Kafarka Kafarmu” (Your footstep is our footstep), committing to follow wherever the governor leads in the next political phase;  Directives for all members spread across every local government and ward to stay ready for full mobilization when the governor announces his future plans.

The statement directly addressed Governor Fintiri: “Your Excellency, your footstep is our footstep. We do not just serve under your administration; we believe in your mission. We assure you that our loyalty is not just in words, but in a readiness to take action and defend the mandate of progress you represent.”

It concluded with the affirmation that “The progress of Adamawa is non-negotiable, and your leadership is the compass. Lead, and we shall follow.”

This declaration comes at a time when political consultations and speculation about Governor Fintiri’s future direction—including rumors of potential party changes—are active in Adamawa and national circles. The SSA Forum’s move signals strong internal support within the administration’s structure for the governor’s ongoing leadership.

The statement was signed by Bristone Limuga Daniel, Chairman of the SSA Forum, Adamawa State.
