Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, has made nine new appointments, including a veteran female journalist, Haj. Farida Abubakar Ahmed, as the Executive Director (Radio) of the Kaduna State Media Corporation (KSMC).
According to a statement by the Governor’s media aide, Mal. Ibraheem Musa, the appointments aim to re-energize the administration and enhance service delivery to the people.
The other appointees include commissioners, senior special assistants, and special assistants, who are expected to contribute their skills and expertise to the administration
Haj. Farida Abubakar Ahmed brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having served as Chief Press Secretary to the First Lady of Kaduna State, Chairperson of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), KSMC Chapel, and Correspondent for TV and Radio, Government House, Kaduna.
The other appointees include commissioners, senior special assistants, and special assistants, who are expected to contribute their skills and expertise to the administration.
Governor Uba Sani urged the new appointees to see their appointments as an opportunity to contribute to bettering the lives of the poor, vulnerable, and underserved in Kaduna State. He also wished them God’s guidance in their new assignments, stating that all appointments take immediate effect.
