Kaduna State Government on Friday condemned the killings that took place in Zangon Kataf, Igabi, Chikun, and Jema’a local government areas of the state.
In a statement on Friday, the state Commissioner for Internal Security, Samuel Aruwan said security agencies had reported the killings in Kibori, Katsit and Afana in Zangon Kataf local government areas, and Amana Kasuwa of Igabi LGA.
It was also gathered that nine persons were also killed in Warkan village of Zangon Kataf LGA, and one person at Kakkau area of Chikun LGA.
Meanwhile, the state Governor Nasir El-Rufai had sent a condolence message to the families of the people who lost their lives in the sad event.
“The disappearance of five youths in Kafanchan town of Jema’a LGA was also reported by the security agencies on Friday,” Aruwan added.
