Governor Uba Sani has expressed strong optimism about the All Progressives Congress (APC) e-registration exercise in Kaduna State, announcing that the state is making remarkable headway and is firmly on course to hit its ambitious target of 2.5 million registrations.

In fewer than five days since the drive commenced, Kaduna has recorded substantial numbers of new and updated registrations, a development the governor attributed to rising public confidence in the party and widespread enthusiasm for its progressive policies.
Governor Sani, who also serves as the Coordinating Governor of the APC in the North West Zone, made the disclosure following a detailed briefing from the Kaduna State APC E-Registration Committee.
He highlighted the impressive momentum as a clear sign of renewed trust in the APC’s commitment to inclusive governance, equity, and justice, as well as its alignment with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
“This rapid progress reflects growing public confidence in our party, renewed enthusiasm for inclusive governance, and firm alignment with the Renewed Hope Agenda of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR,” Governor Sani stated.
The governor was encouraged by positive feedback from stakeholders, who commended his administration’s focus on revitalizing critical sectors, bolstering peace and security across the state, and restoring public trust through transparent and people-centered leadership.
In a related development, Governor Sani engaged APC stakeholders from Kaduna Zone Two in a high-profile forum dedicated to reflection, renewal, and strategic realignment.
The interactive session allowed participants to review the party’s journey, evaluate achievements, pinpoint areas requiring greater attention, and reinforce the importance of unity and discipline for long-term electoral dominance.
Emphasizing grassroots empowerment, the governor urged all party members to actively participate in the ongoing e-registration process.
He described the digital exercise as essential for fortifying party structures, ensuring accurate membership data, and expanding support at the community level ahead of future elections, including the 2027 general polls.
The APC’s nationwide e-registration initiative, which leverages digital tools for verification using National Identification Number (NIN) and INEC details, aims to modernize the party, promote inclusivity—particularly for youth, women, and persons with disabilities—and eliminate outdated manual processes.
Kaduna’s strong performance in the exercise aligns with similar efforts across the North West and other zones, where party leaders have flagged off training and mobilization drives to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Governor Sani’s administration continues to position Kaduna as a model of progressive governance, with recent successes in security stabilization, infrastructure, agriculture, and fiscal discipline reinforcing the narrative of steady transformation under his leadership.
As the e-registration continues, party officials in Kaduna remain confident that the 2.5 million target will not only be met but exceeded, solidifying the APC’s stronghold in the state and contributing to the party’s broader national strength.
