Kadzai’s Appointment Excites TEKAN-ECWA Youth Wing; Thanks Defence Minister

The Youth Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), TEKAN-ECWA bloc, has expressed appreciation to the Minister of Defence, Christopher Gwabin Musa, following the appointment of its former National President, Daniel Kadzai, as North-East Director of the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (PBAT) 2027 campaign structure.

In a statement, the Christian youth body described the appointment as a major milestone and a source of pride for members of the TEKAN-ECWA family across the country. The group said Kadzai’s emergence reflects confidence in his leadership abilities and commitment to national development.

The youth assembly also commended the Defence Minister for his support and confidence in Kadzai, while offering prayers for continued wisdom, strength, and success for him in overseeing the nation’s defence sector.

Speaking with journalists, Kadzai expressed gratitude for the appointment and reaffirmed his commitment to supporting the administration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He highlighted ongoing economic reforms being implemented by the Federal Government and praised efforts aimed at strengthening Nigeria’s security architecture, including strategic partnerships with the United States.

Kadzai further lauded the proactive measures introduced by General Musa in tackling insecurity across the country, describing them as critical steps toward restoring peace and stability. He pledged to mobilize substantial voter support for President Tinubu across the North-East region ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The TEKAN-ECWA Youth Wing also acknowledged Kadzai’s contributions to the growth and development of the organization during and after his tenure as national president.

According to the group, Kadzai recently donated an official vehicle, two brand-new laptop computers, and N1 million in cash to support the operations and activities of the youth body.

The organization noted that the gesture demonstrates his enduring commitment to the welfare and advancement of Christian youths within the TEKAN-ECWA community.

Members described his leadership as impactful and inspirational, expressing confidence that he would bring the same dedication and effectiveness to his new regional political assignment.

They wished him success in his new role and pledged their continued support as he undertakes responsibilities aimed at strengthening political engagement and mobilization in the North-East.
