Senator Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow has vowed to work for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the coming presidential election.
Jibrilla recently defected to PDP from his erstwhile political party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Jibrilla is the immediate past Governor of Adamawa State at the rally in Kebbi state today said PDP is his former Party that he started his political journey.
According to him, PDP is his natural home and he returned to make sure the presidential mandate is given to the party.
He said only Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is most qualified to serve Nigeria better and he enjoined Nigerians to vote for him.
“I was the first APC Governor in Adamawa state. Today I want to make it clear that I’m back home, this is my party, it was a mistake I made to find myself in APC.
“This is my party, the party for the masses, the party that is fair to Nigerians.
“Atiku remains the only credible politician that will liberate Nigerians, I’m calling on all voters, especially those from the north to see Atiku as the Man to rescue Nigerians.
“I left APC for good.” Bindow said
