The immediate past Governor of Adamawa State, Senator Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow in total submission to the will of God mourned Late Alhaji Ahmed Joda, a Super permanent secretary in different ministries and at various levels many governments both federal, state found him a very useful tool since the 60s to date to develop the nation.
The Senator who represented the Adamawa Northern Senatorial zone in 2011-2015 said the likes of Ahmed are uncommon, he was to the country a rallying point of national unity.
Jibrilla in a statement he signed mourned that the death of Ahmed is a great one to the Nigerian project as his wealth of experience and contributions to nation-building will be greatly missed.
While describing him as a Father and a role model to many national leaders, the Sardaunan Mubi prayed for God to grant him the best abode in Paradise.
“We have lost a knowledge-based Elder statesman, we have missed a true nationalist who is after the development of Nigeria.
” We are left with no any other option than to ask for his good works for humanity remains indelible in our hearts,” Bindow said
While praying for his soul to find rest in God’s bosom, he condoled with his immediate family, the people of Adamawa, and the country at large fortitude to bear the great loss.
