Former Speaker Rt Hon Kabiru Mijinyawa and member representing Yola South Constituents of Adamawa state House of Assembly Consoled Government, Lamido Family and entire People of the State Over OPEC Secretary General’s Demise,Muhammadu Sanusi Barkindo
The Former Speaker, Rt. Hon. Kabiru Mijinyawa has commiserated the people over the passage Barkindo who died in Abuja Tuesday night at the age of 63.
Rt. Hon. Mijinyawa in condolence message through his Senior Legislative Aide on Media and Public Affairs Hon. Hussaini Ahmadu Har made available to newsmen in Yola said the death of Sanusi Barkindo has left a huge vacuum not only in the family but in Adamawa state, Nigeria and the Oil and Gas Industry and the Global Energy.
“A devout Muslim, International community leader and worthy ambassador of the country as earlier stated by President Muhammadu Buhari during Sanusi’s visit in the State House Tuesday.
The OPEC Secretary General until his passage remained a shining example of humility and a source of inspiration for the younger generation,” He said
He added that the deceased was well known for his forthrightness and candour in handling issues which earned him the love and respect of all who came around him globally.
He pray to God to give his family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and grand him Jannatul Firdaus.
