Late Sen Aisha: SGF Boss sends condolence letter to Gov Darius

A condolence message conveyed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Barr Boss Mustapha on behalf of the Executive Council to the Governor of Taraba State, Arc Darius Ishaku has commiserated the death of Senator Aisha Jummai Alhassan who died in Egypt after a protracted sickness.

Boss in the condolence letter he personally signed said ‘Mama Taraba’ as she was famously referred to was a reflection of her passion and love for her home land, and was a relentless achiever who constantly displayed an uncommon level of dedication to any cause she deemed worthy.

While consoling the Governor, he said Aisha distinguished herself exceptional and left no doubt with regard to her institution and level of commitment.

“Her Tenacity and consistency were constantly rewarded as can be witnessed through her successful career. Notably as the first female Taraba State Attorney General/ commissioner for Justice. Later rising to the position of Chief registrar in the FCT high Court, after retirement representing the Taraba North Senatorial District in the 6th National Assembly and subsequently serving as the Minister of women affairs and social development in the federal executive council.

” Her selfless devotion and her patriotism to the growth of Nigeria and to the furtherance of democracy is inarguably and highly commendable.She would not be soon forgotten, for her deeds and memory will remain with us for eternity and serve as a source of encouragement and inspiration.” Boss consoled

Boss Prayed the soul of Aisha to find forgiveness and rest in eternity and he also prayed for comfort and strength to bear this unfathomable loss.

“Please accept my prayers and best wishes.” He prayed
