.... says Tahir is Nigerian best Minister

The President of the Movement for the Emancipation of North East, Distinguished A B Kwaccham in a Press statement said Professor Mamman Tahir has raised the bar of the education sector in recent times as Minister.

Kwaccham said this to repute reports from many media outlets that the Ministers of Power, Defence, Education, and Solid Minerals have been rated poorly by Nigerians.

The media organizations quoted the Citizens’ Delivery Tracker Apps of the Federal Government that the ministries are rated low in terms of performance and service delivery to Nigerians.

Kwaccham however refuted the report and exonerated the Minister of Education, Professor Mamman Tahir of the said report.

He extolled Mamman Tahir as the best performing Minister and his records of achievements anywhere he finds himself still speak volumes.

He recalled how Tahir did well while a Senior lecturer at the University of Maiduguri and raised to the level of Dean of Students Affairs and later became Director General of Law school.

“Tahir is a sound politician, Educationist, and administrator. He transformed Baze University to an international standard is not possible to perform poorly in his current position and assignment as a good Nigerian.” Kwaccham said

He said the report is mischievous knowing the fact that the Ministry of Education is fairly performing better with Tahir’s transformative leadership skills and policies.

According to him, Tahir is one of Tinubu’s best performing Minister whom APC is fortunate to get and no doubt added beauty to one Year of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s scorecard.

He further stated that the Adamawa-born Educationist has proven beyond doubt is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), a seasoned education Administrator, and the purported report was coined and concocted to undermine some of the goodwill and thinking he has for the Nigerian Educational system.

Kwaccham distanced Tahir in the Said report and revealed that the one year of the excellent leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu he has introduced policies and built physical infrastructure in many high institutions across the country.

Kwaccham, an APC Chieftain from the Northern Senatorial District of Adamawa State said Tahir’s sound knowledge in managing the Ministry of Education by showing constant dexterity in trying to revive the sector must be commended.
He described the report as a handy work of traitors, and backstabbers and urged them to desist from sending wrong signals to the leadership of Tinubu which is focused on working for the overall interest of Nigeria.

He called on Tahir to have deaf ears on those who want the country on the other way because is working well and should not allow himself to be distracted by unpatriotic Nigerians who are good at fanning embers of confusion.

He said it’s unfortunate that some people in the administration of Tinubu have formed a niche of sabotaging his effort in many ways and targeted the Education Ministry, frustrating the efforts of the Minister who has a record of good education Administration.

He exacerbated fears that if these kinds of baseless claims continue against certain Ministries like Education which is the hub for service delivery of the education system and infrastructure to Nigerians will not go well for the sector.
